If you cancel your Art Cave Gallery Space reservation 7 days or more prior to the event date, a 100% refund will be given.  

Cancellations within 3-6 days will incur a 30% fee. 

Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 50% fee.

 

If your cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the event, we will not issue a refund, but you will have the option to reschedule your reservation to other days available on our schedule. 

We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

If the Customer applies Promo Codes, discounts, etc., the amount to be refunded is subject to the discounts given. 

 

All refunds are made by transferring the amount of money to the VISA/MASTERCARD indicated by the customer. The duration of the transaction may take from 1 to 10 banking days.
